Bobble is a software service operated by The 5 Pillars LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or using Bobble you agree to these terms.
Bobble is an AI assistant that reads customer support tickets and store data you connect, and drafts or sends replies according to rules you set. It is software, not a person, and it can make mistakes. You are responsible for what it sends on your behalf. Draft mode is the default; auto mode is your choice.
Payments are processed by Whop. The Starter plan is billed monthly and includes 10 working hours. Hour packs are one-time purchases that never expire. A working hour is time Bobble spends actively working a ticket, metered to the minute with a one minute minimum per ticket. Idle time is free. When your hours reach zero Bobble pauses until you add more. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, but if Bobble is broken and we can't fix it, ask and we'll make it right.
You keep ownership of everything you connect. We use it only to run Bobble for you. See the privacy policy for what we store and for how long. You confirm you have the right to connect the accounts and share the data you connect.
Don't use Bobble to send spam, deceive people, break laws, or make medical, legal, or financial claims you can't stand behind. We may pause an account that does.
We aim for Bobble to be up all the time and we tell you on the status page when it isn't. We don't promise uptime and we aren't liable for lost sales or tickets that went unanswered. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Cancel any time from your Whop account; unused hours stay available until used. We may change these terms; we'll email account holders when we do.
